Quick Depuffing Tip

Tired of under eye luggage? I know I am. Besides the obvious--attempting to get more shut-eye, try dipping a black tea bag in boiling water, wait for it to cool in the fridge for a few minutes. Then, apply the wet tea bags to your puffy eyes for about ten minutes. Apparently, black tea contains tannins, which aides in deflating and tightening under eye luggage. If you are allergic to black tea or are sensitive to most herbs, please avoid trying this out. Good Luck!!! Source: Prevention Magazine
